Main concerns of objectors related to building form and massing, inconsistency with neighbourhood character, overlooking, overshadowing and car parking.

Town Planning Group was successful in our arguments, resulting and design changes imposed by VCAT through condition that protect the amenity of surrounding properties and better reflect the neighbourhood character aspirations of the planning scheme.
