Town Planning Group represented an industrial developer at the Council Planning Committee Meeting to argue for the approval of the application, against neighbouring opposition.

Town Planning Group was successful in arguing that the objectors’ concerns could easily be overcome by minor conditioning of any planning permit issued by the Council.

The Councillors agreed with Town Planning Group and issued a Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit.
